Cute Boys

The last couple times we've had pictures taken of Zach...he hasn't really been his smiley self so while we were in Billings we decided to give it another go. The boys did great...I love it when pictures capture big smiles and show personality. We got all of these pictures in a matter of about 15 min!

I'm not sure I like the reality of how grown up Ben is...but sure a handsome boy!!

There's our smiley man!

Sweet brothers.

Love this one!

My cool dudes.

Buddies

This is a fun finish!

Billings Funfest

We ran down to Billings for the day/night and got to spend some fun time with family & friends!

First we met Mike, Mandy & kiddos for lunch...and no I don't have any pictures, but we could not believe how Ben & Jace flirted with this one little cute waitress...I think signs of trouble ahead!

Then went and did some bowling.

Zach (couldn't tear him away from the water fountain)... Jace, Ben & Gabi. It's so fun when these guys get to catch up...they have a good time together!

Now that they are a bit older and have spent some time together...they clearly pick up where they left off.

Ben's technique.

Zach did a good job sorting the balls as they came up the chute.

And yes, I enjoy seeing my cousin too. :)

After bowling we headed up to Bryce & Lez's and barbequed and hung out for the night. The weather was perfect and the kids had a blast. Gabi, Bo (Lane's), Jane, Jace, Ben & Zach.

The big bounce 'contraption' even surfaced...a bit of chaos, but great entertainment.

Buzz

I have been the boys' official barber over the years...so don't look too close at the cut. It gets even harder as their hair gets longer since I am more of a buzzer cutter than breaking out an scissors. So...after a certain length sometimes you just gotta start over. :)

Believe it or not this is 'long' for the boys...

...it's just harder to tell when you have fine duck hair!

There you can see some length!

My little buzz heads! Spring fever right?! Ben really really wants a mohawk... we'll see what the next cut brings. :)

Zach's Turn - the big 2

Zach got to have his party too while Gramma & Grampa were here. It is hard to believe he's 2 already, but he's definitely changed from baby to little boy...for better and for worse. :) He's very independent and is his brother's little shadow most of the time. He's talking so much more and yes...even testing limits (such as sticking his hand in the flower pot as I tell him no, and then just staring at me and continuing to do it...here we go). Most of all he's a happy, loving little boy who loves to sing and dance...we think he has music in his soul as he is constantly kind of bopping around and any little tune stops him in his tracks.

Another of Gramma's creations...his own little horsey.

Old school hammer set...thanks Great Gramma & Grampa (Begger)!

And in his new hat Aunt Carly made!

Stories with Gramma. The boys got these books that have bears that respond to certain phrases as you read to them. We love story time and these little guys make it even more fun!

Still Ben's Birthday

Ben was a pretty lucky little boy and got to celebrate his birthday yet a 3rd time when Gramma & Grampa B came to town. One of Ben's favorite things is requesting his birthday cake from Gramma and anticipating it's arrival. This year...he asked for a Bobcat basketball...

and of course, Gramma delivered!

Thank you Gramma...you sure know how to make my birthday special!

The boys love having Gramma & Grampa come!

Our little MSU'ers Rachel & Andrew stopped out to help celebrate!

Zach sure has been a good sport singing to Ben over and over...your day's coming buddy, I promise. :)

All the Grammas, Grampas, Aunts, Uncles & Cousins sent gifts...lots of fun books and activities which we love!

Aunt Carly made Ben a cool camo hat!
