Bobcat Football

Finally...the long awaited 1st home football game. For my husband, it's like waking up Christmas morning. :) There was a lot of hype going into the day with the renovated stadium and all...and it didn't disappoint...FULL house of gold!

My parents were in town on their way back from their Alaskan cruise...of course my mom was prepared with her camera...which was a good thing because mine didn't make it out of the car so I had to snag these from her.

Kid, check. Cooler, check.

My little tailgater.

Ben's an 'ol pro...catching up with his buddy Brady.

Are you ready for some football?

I love this...Ben showing Zach how its done...look at that form!

Ready to roll!

The new endzone!

New scoreboard!

I'm bummed I didn't grab my mom's camera and take any of her and my dad. It was a little hectic...not a spare seat around us and the sun blazen right at us. Made it a little challenging with 2 little boys...sweatin and no wiggle room. Gramma & Grampa rescued them and took them home at half time. Nick and I stuck around to watch them smoke UC Davis!

Cat Cookies

Aunt Jenny gave me a Bobcat cookie cutter last Christmas so I told Ben we would test it out for the 1st home game. I didn't get any pictures of Ben helping me cut out the cookies...him and Dad took off to the stadium initiation. Zach stayed home with mom and was my little helper...a.k.a. taste tester.

Some of the finished products!

Ben's a Preschooler

Ben has been so excited for 'school' for awhile now, but I have to say on the big day, not sure I was ready for him to go. He could hardly wait...we dropped off Zach at daycare 1st and then I took him to his new school, ABC Kidz. It wasn't until we were a couple blocks away and he tells me he misses Bubba and wants to go to Lisa's (daycare). That moment of nerves settled the minute we walked in as Miss Morgan (his other teacher is Miss Danielle) greeted him, showed him his locker and introduced him to the other kids. He was sitting at the table smiling away and I barely got a wave good-bye. Poor Mom's. :)

Looking way too grown up!

With little brother...I told him to kneel down by Zach so of course monkey see, monkey do.

Nick asked Zach what he was going to do at daycare without his big brother to watch out for him and Ben replied..."It's ok Dad, I promise Dean (his daycare buddy a year younger) will watch him." I have a feeling your big brother will always have your back Zachary.

My other big guy. When we got out of the car at Lisa's I told Zach to wave bye-bye to Ben and he did...and then kept looking back over his shoulder as we walked in...I'm sure he was a little confused on why he wasn't coming either!

I think this is 'enough pictures, can we go already.'

Cousin Camp 2011

One of our favorite weekends of the summer is always Cousin Camp. There is nothing better than just hanging with family, soaking in some sun and sharing some laughs. This year we met up at Fort Peck...the crowd may have been smaller than usual, but all fun just the same! I didn't do a very good job on pics, but here's some randoms...

Not sure there's a little boy out there that doesn't love camping!

Zach & Jace...little blondies.

This was a busy boy...there was a playground right by camp so between that...catching frogs, water guns, boat rides, smores, and your basic pestering...

and Miss Grace was sidekick and partner in crime. :)

Zach & Coy...the center of it all.

More water please!

Casey & Karinna...these two have been running around together since Karinna could whiz over to our place on the 3 wheeler...and that was from a young age!

Megan & Coy boy

Help a guy out Dad!

Ahh yes, and he even got some pop. Cheers!

Some of the group. More than likely, the kids are pestering Uncle Bill. They better be nice...Uncle Bill gave lots of boat rides!
